Add My Practice

Adding your practice is the first and most important step you need to take once you have created your account.

First login to the main Patient Tracker V site (

Navigate to Your Settings

  • Click your name in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Select “Your Settings”.

Click on “Practices” in the left hand menu.

Fill out the Create Practice form.

Click “Create”.

Once you click “create”, our servers go to work to build you a preconfigured private website for you and your team.

Click the URL next to your practice name and you will see an under construction page. After about 30 seconds the page will refresh and you will see your new site. You will need to log in to this site using your same Patient Tracker V credentials.

In the 30 seconds you have while you are waiting for the site to be built, you can go ahead and add team members.
