Referral Program

To join the referral program you must have an active account on Patient Tracker V.

First login to the main Patient Tracker V site (https://patienttrackerv.com).

Navigate to Your Settings

• Click your name in the top right corner of your screen.

• Select “Your Settings”.

Click on “Referrals” in the left hand menu.

There you will find the current promotion and your unique referral link.

Send your referral link to a friend. When they sign up from that URL, they will receive a discount automatically applied at registration.

A discount will be sent to you 30 days after your referral signs up.

Transferability

The credits you receive for referring others is not transferable to cash. The credits are also not transferable to other users or accounts. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your credits will remain on your account and can be used when you resume your subscription.
