Cancel My Subscription

Canceling is easy.

No phone calls or gimmicks. There’s a button in your account to cancel your subscription.

First login to the main Patient Tracker V site (https://patienttrackerv.com).

Navigate to Your Settings

• Click your name in the top right corner of your screen.

• Select “Your Settings”.

Click “Subscription” in the left hand menu.

Click “Cancel Subscription”.

Confirm your cancellation in the pop up and you are all set.

Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. During this time you can use the subscription like normal. When you next billing date arrives, we will not charge you and instead will remove your access.
